apple pie

4 apples
300 grams of flour
200 grams of sugar

3 eggs 1 tablespoon baking
a glass of milk
cinnamon butter

Wash, peel and cut apples into small pieces.
Beat 1 egg and 2 yolks with sugar, then pour a little at a time alternating with the flour a little milk so that the dough is nearly smooth.
When you are finished with the flour and milk, pour the yeast and cinnamon (to taste) and mix.
Finally, add the dough Cut the apples, pour into a baking dish and cover with melted butter.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 50 minutes after cooking to wait 10 minutes before removing the cake.

To avoid a light version of sprinkling the dough with melted butter.

A quick and easy recipe for comfort for this return of winter (it snows here!)
good Sunday,
A.
